Building a relationship with your financial security advisor for the long-term can lead to significant advantages. The Center for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organization (CIRANO) study on the value of advice surveyed the general English-speaking population in Canada (excluding Quebec). The survey reported that after 15 years with an advisor, respondents had, on average, 173 per cent more assets than those without advisors.
